The Council’s constitution requires the Chief Finance Officer to prepare and present to Cabinet and Full Council the Council’s capital programme for approval.
Documents to be Given to Decision Maker:
As an alternative to a mid-year review, the Council could delay this until the normal budget setting process which would entail approval of a revised programme in January 2023.
Decision Proposed:
That the revised General Fund Capital Programme for 2022/23 to 2025/26 including revisions as shown in Appendix B to report ES/1263 be recommended for approval by Full Council.
