The Terms of Reference of the Harbour Management Committee state that the Committee will review and then recommend an annual budget, (including rental charges and central re-charges to the Council) to the Cabinet.

See attached report.

Recommending an annual budget to Cabinet is a requirement under the Southwold Harbour Management Committee’s Terms of Reference, therefore no other options were considered.

That it be recommended that Full Council approves the 2024/25 Budget for Southwold Harbour, and the Caravan Site and Campsite in Appendix A, as recommended by the Southwold Harbour Management Committee, as part of the overall Council budget at its meeting on 21 February 2024.
