To consider whether the Council should consult on licensing Jet Skis let out for hire or to be used for carrying passengers for hire and what conditions, if any, should be imposed if the Council decides to license Jet Skis. Private operators of Jet Skis will be unaffected as they are not within licensing’s jurisdiction.
