Budget Provision:
This Air Quality Strategy 2025-2030 provides an updated document to the current ESC 2021 Air Quality Strategy. Provision of an Air Quality Strategy is a requirement of Defra following revocation of our last declared AQMA (December 2024). The updated strategy provides a format to set out the Council’s objectives and initiatives to reduce air
pollution and monitor delivery.

To adopt the East Suffolk Council Air Quality Strategy 2025-2030 and deliver the Action Plan, or to consider review of the Strategy and amendments.

1.Adopted the East Suffolk Council Air Quality Strategy 2025-2030 at Appendix A; and
2. Approved the delivery of the Action Plan within Appendix A
