Decision Proposed:

That Cabinet gave delegated authority to the Head of Housing in consultation with the Cabinet Member with responsibility for Housing:

1. To approve all six policies and agree that these are published on the Council’s website and shared with relevant stakeholders as part of the wider housing service improvement plan.
