That the contents of the report be noted and that, having commented on the financial implications of the Covid-19 pandemic, East Suffolk Council continues forcibly to press Government for further funding.
Reason for Decision
To enable Cabinet to consider the latest position regarding the estimated financial implications of the Covd-19 pandemic and the economic recession. Ongoing review, monitoring, and forecasting for all aspects of the Council’s financial position will be critical over the course of this year to enable it to respond to this rapidly changing situation.

None, it is essential that the Council considers the financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the implications for financial sustainability.
