1. Agree to the to the Suffolk LNRS proceeding to publication in accordance with the letter set out in Appendix B.
2. An alternative option would be to formally object to Suffolk County Council publishing the Suffolk LNRS. However, having reviewed the Suffolk LNRS, officers do not consider that there are any grounds to object to the LNRS proceeding to the publication stage.

Decision Proposed:

That the Cabinet Member with responsibility for the Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning and Coastal Management agrees to the Suffolk LNRS proceeding to publication and that the letter set out in Appendix C is submitted to Suffolk County Council by the 13th of October.
