SHMC has, in line with their responsibility to monitor financial performance of the Harbour and Caravan site, approved the Outturn report and supports the transfer of the surplus from the Harbour and Caravan Park operations into Southwold Harbour reserves. Cabinet is requested to approve this transfer.
