Implementation Date Notes:
1. To grant delegated authority to the Housing Service to receive additional rough sleeping grant funding for 2020/21 of up to £698,448.
2. To give delegated authority to the Housing Service to use the funding to extend and continue with existing services and set up new services and initiatives as set out in this report.
3. For the reasons given in this report to exempt services provided via this funding from the Contract Procedure Rules, and to give delegated authority for the Head of Housing Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing to negotiate, agree and enter into contracts with current and new service providers identified to deliver the initiatives referred to in paragraphs 2.2 to 2.5 of this report.
