Reason for Decision

To inform the Shareholder Reference Group of the resignation of Mr Tim Sadler, as a Non-Executive Director (NED) of East Suffolk Services Limited (ESSL).

Alternative Options Considered and Rejected

There is an option to extend Tim Sadler as a Non-Executive Director, however this is out of our remit as Tim Sadler has decided to resign as a NED.
