1. That the Custom and Self-build Housing Supplementary Planning Document be adopted.

2. That the Head of Planning and Coastal Management be authorised, in consultation with the Cabinet Member with responsibility for Planning and Coastal Management, to make any presentational or typographical amendments to the Custom and Self-build Housing Supplementary Planning Document prior to it being published.
