1 Election of a Chair

To elect a Chair for the meeting.

The Democratic Services Officer (Regulatory) opened the meeting and sought nominations for a Chair.

 

On the proposition of Councillor Candy, seconded by Councillor Fisher it was

 

RESOLVED

 

That Councillor Keith Robinson be elected as Chair of the Licensing Sub-Committee for the meeting.

To receive apologies for absence, if any.

3 Declarations of Interest

Members and Officers are invited to make any declarations of interests, and the nature of that interest, that they may have in relation to items on the Agenda and are also reminded to make any declarations at any stage during the Meeting if it becomes apparent that this may be required when a particular item or issue is considered.

Councillor Keith Robinson declared a Non-Registerable Interest in item 6 of the agenda, as the premises was located in his ward.

On the proposition of Councillor Fisher, seconded by Councillor Candy, it was by a unanimous vote
