1 Election of a Chairman

To elect a Chairman for the Meeting.

The Democratic Services Officer (Regulatory) opened the meeting and sought nominations for a Chairman.

 

On the proposition of Councillor Hedgley, seconded by Councillor Robinson, it was

 

RESOLVED

 

That Councillor Linda Coulam be elected as Chairman of the Licensing Sub-Committee for the meeting.

2 Apologies for Absence

To receive apologies for absence, if any.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Tony Cooper, who had been named as the reserve Member on the published agenda.
3 Declarations of Interest

Members and Officers are invited to make any declarations of interests, and the nature of that interest, that they may have in relation to items on the Agenda and are also reminded to make any declarations at any stage during the Meeting if it becomes apparent that this may be required when a particular item or issue is considered.

On the proposition of Councillor Robinson, seconded by Councillor Hedgley, it was by a unanimous vote
