1 Election of a Chairman

To elect a Chairman for the Meeting.

The Democratic Services Officer advised that the meeting would be adjourned to allow for the panel to arrive.

 

The meeting was adjourned from 10.32 to 10.46am. 

 

On the proposition of Councillor Hedgley, seconded by Councillor Goldson it was 

 

RESOLVED 

 

That Councillor Robinson be elected the Chairman of the Licensing Sub-Committee for this meeting.

On the proposal of Councillor Goldson, seconded by Councillor Hedgley it was 

 

RESOLVED

 

That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
