A decision has been taken to cancel the meeting of the Planning Committee South scheduled for Tuesday 21 December 2021 on the grounds of public health and safety due to the significant public attendance expected in relation to item 6 of the agenda, the determination of planning application DC/20/3326/OUT.

The business on the original meeting agenda will therefore be deferred to the next meeting of the Planning Committee South, scheduled to take place on Tuesday 25 January 2022, to allow for the meeting to be managed in a COVID secure manner.
