1 Election of a Chair

To elect a Chair for the Licensing Sub-Committee.

The Democratic Services Officer opened the meeting and sought nominations for a Chair of the Sub-Committee.

On the proposition of Councillor Fisher, seconded by Councillor Smith-Lyte, it was:

RESOLVED

That Councillor Robinson be appointed as the Chair for this meeting.

2 Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

The Chair explained that Councillor Fisher was identified as the nominated reserve on the published agenda, however, post publication it had been agreed that he would swop roles with Councillor Jepson who was now the reserve.

On the proposition of Councillor Robinson, seconded by Councillor Smith-Lyte it was
