Members are invited to a Meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee
to be held in the Conference Room, Riverside, Lowestoft
on Wednesday 4 September 2019 at 3 pm
To elect a Chairman for the Sub-Committee meeting.
On the proposition of Councillor F Mortimer and seconded by Councillor T Mortimer it was
RESOLVED
That Councillor Robinson be appointed as Chairman for this Sub-Committee.
To receive apologies for absence, if any.
No apologies for absence were received.
Members and Officers are invited to make any declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary or Local Non-Pecuniary Interests that they may have in relation to items on the Agenda and are also reminded to make any declarations at any stage during the Meeting if it becomes apparent that this may be required when a particular item or issue is considered.
No declarations of interest were made.
There were no declarations of lobbying.
It is recommended that under Section 100(a)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
