That Cabinet recommends to Full Council:

1. the establishment of eight Community Partnerships, one for each of the areas shown on the map at Appendix A to this report;

2. the proposed purpose, remit, governance, structure and funding for Community Partnerships in East Suffolk, as set out in this report;

3. the proposed budget for the Community Partnerships, as set out in the table at paragraph 6.7 of this report;

4. to using its best endeavours to ensure that the East Suffolk Community Partnerships are a success and;
