Reason for Decision
The Council’s constitution requires the Chief Finance Officer to prepare and present to Cabinet and Full Council the Council’s capital programme for approval.
Alternative Options Considered and Rejected
As an alternative to a mid-year review, the Council could delay this until the normal budget setting process which would entail approval of a revised programme in January 2023.
